CDFI Certification

We guide clients through the full application process, from addressing certification requirements and providing tailored worksheets and templates, to drafting responses and managing the project schedule with regular check-ins. Once submitted, we handle AMIS entry and support clients in responding to any follow-up questions from the CDFI Fund.

CECL Method

This 4 to 6 week project involves training staff on the FASB CECL accounting standard, implementing the methodology within existing financial processes, and providing practical tools and resources to support accurate and compliant credit loss forecasting and reporting moving forward.

Financial Management

We offer short term support in accounting, budgeting, reporting and regulatory compliance. We work hand in hand with leadership in financial strategy, risk and capital planning, ensuring the institution’s financial health, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.
